CPA Peter is a certified Auditor and Tax Consultant based in Tanzania, bringing over thirteen years of extensive experience in Accounting, auditing, finance, and management consultancies, with a focus on senior positions in the private sector. He completed his MBA at ESAMI in 2011, earned his CPA-T qualification in 2004, and secured an Advanced Diploma in Certified Accountancy with an upper second class from Mzumbe in 1998. Currently serving as an Auditor at AE Consulting Services, he has held key roles such as Director of Finance & Administration at the Pastoralist Indigenous Non-Governmental Organizations Forum (PINGOs Forum), Auditor at Ndammalya & Co, and Project Accountant at World Vision Tanzania.

Over the years, he has been actively involved in consultancies, providing financial management guidance to both financial and non-financial managers, preparing and installing financial regulations, policies, and systems, mentoring newly employed accounts/finance & administration staff, and conducting training sessions on accounting packages such as QuickBooks, Pastel, and Sunsystem. Additionally, his expertise extends to areas such as budgeting, strategic planning, cash flows, and delivering governance training to the board of directors of various organizations and companies. Peter also served as a Board Member at St. Elizabeth Hospital Arusha.
