He earned his B. COM degree in accounting with an upper second class from the University of Dar es Salaam in 1998, followed by the CPA-T qualification in 2000. Mr. Evance has held significant roles such as Senior Auditor at Ernest & Young in 1999, Senior Auditor at KPMG from January 2002 to September 2002, Finance Manager at Strategis Insurance (Tanzania) Limited from September 2002 to March 2009, and Financial Controller at Metropolitan Tanzania Insurance Company Limited from April 2009 to 2012. In 2012, he joined AE Consulting Services. Notable clients audited by Mr. Evance include the Local Government Reform Programme (LGRP), HESAWA, National Bank of Commerce Ltd, National Microfinance Bank Ltd, ALAF, Concern Worldwide, SBC (Tanzania) Ltd, among others.
Mr. Antipas Massawe

CPA Antipas Massawe is a certified Auditor and Tax Consultant in Tanzania, bringing with him extensive expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Business Consulting services, accumulated over a period of more than 16 years in both the Private and Public Sectors. He completed an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy at the Institute of Finance Management in 1998 and obtained his Certified Public Accountant qualification in 1999. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from Mzumbe University, graduating in 2008. With a noteworthy career, Mr. Massawe spent 11 years at Tanzania Telecommunication Company Limited in Dar es Salaam, where he served as Assistant Finance Manager. Subsequently, he transitioned to TOL Gases Company Limited as Chief Internal Auditor for three years before taking on the role of Chief Internal Auditor at the Open University of Tanzania, a position he held until the establishment of his own firm.

He completed his MBA at ESAMI in 2011, earned his CPA-T qualification in 2004, and secured an Advanced Diploma in Certified Accountancy with an upper second class from Mzumbe in 1998. Currently serving as an Auditor at AE Consulting Services, he has held key roles such as Director of Finance & Administration at the Pastoralist Indigenous Non-Governmental Organizations Forum (PINGOs Forum), Auditor at Ndammalya & Co, and Project Accountant at World Vision Tanzania. Over the years, he has been actively involved in consultancies, providing financial management guidance to both financial and non-financial managers, preparing and installing financial regulations, policies, and systems, mentoring newly employed accounts/finance & administration staff, and conducting training sessions on accounting packages such as QuickBooks, Pastel, and Sunsystem. Additionally, his expertise extends to areas such as budgeting, strategic planning, cash flows, and delivering governance training to the board of directors of various organizations and companies.
